An experienced leader with wide ranging strategic and operational experience working with various organisations across a wide range of sectors. She has supported charities and businesses undergoing change or challenging situations and is able to work with start-ups and growth businesses on development strategies and transformation projects.
Gloria is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is passionate about working with organisations to develop their capacity through effective and motivated staff teams, capable management systems and strong leadership. As a Mentor Member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE), Gloria is able to provide bespoke coaching and mentoring.
